I'm already a Keto Decoded Member. Do I have to rejoin the membership to receive these additional perks?

Nope - you're all set. All current Keto Decoded members still have full access to the courses on the Ready, Set, Keto! Roadmap. You'll also have continued access to the support group for as long as you're a member. In addition to these membership perks, you can now get free shipping from Natural Reference for as long as you're a Keto Decoded Member in good standing. And you'll have free access to the private Patreon feed for bonus Chat the Fat episodes.

I'm a current Keto Decoded member. Can I switch to the lifetime membership or $9 monthly membership instead?

If you're finishing up a year-long commitment (where you prepaid for the year) - there's no need to switch right now. You receive all of the perks of both membership options until your membership renews.

If you currently pay monthly and you'd like to switch to a lifetime membership or lower cost monthly membership, you can do this by emailing nissa@eatingfatisthenewskinny.com.

Keep in mind, current monthly and yearly members receive all of the perks of both memberships listed above. Plus, monthly and yearly members who joined prior to May 2021 are grandfathered into free Keto Challenges for as long as your membership remains current.

When you switch to a lifetime membership or lower cost monthly membership, you will have to pay to participate in future Keto Challenges.

I joined as a lifetime member. Do I get free shipping from Natural Reference and access to the private Glow podcast feed for Chat the Fat bonus episodes?

If you join as a lifetime member in May 2021 or later, you will not receive free shipping on Natural Reference or access to the private Glow podcast feed for Chat the Fat bonus episodes. We incur a monthly cost for these services, so we are only able to offer these perks to members who pay monthly.

If you would like to take advantage of free shipping or the private Glow podcast feed for bonus episodes, you can still join the $9 / mo Keto Decoded Membership.

You will have the ability to watch the full bonus episodes live in the private support group or in the Keto Decoded Membership Hub as a lifetime member. You just won't have access to listen to them on the Glow podcast feed unless you're a $9 / mo Keto Decoded Member.

What is your Keto Decoded Membership refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for the lifetime membership option as long as you haven't completed any more than 50% of any course or bonus.

You must submit your request to cancel in writing within 7 days of your payment. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 7 days.

For courses purchased at discounted rates inside of the Keto Decoded Membership, all sales are final.

There are no refunds for the $9/mo membership option. You are responsible for canceling this membership prior to the start of a new month. You will be charged monthly until you cancel the membership.
