After 2020, being triggered by old comfort foods were the options I was making even knowing they were not Keto, and not friendly for my overall health, but nonetheless the one's I ran too.
The frustrating part was I knew I was grabbing for them even though I knew they wouldn't benefit me. The uncertainty of the year definitely triggered old behavioral habits.
I was so grateful when this challenge came along. because I knew it was just what I needed to get refocused and back on track. And I did. I lost 7 lbs and 4" (1.5" belly).
The wealth of information Nissa graciously shares during this challenge
is invaluable. She is very knowledgeable about all things keto and digestion, and explains it in layman's terms. No fancy words, no acronyms, and no BS fluff. Real tangible and useful information that can be applied right away.
The other benefit to the challenge is being with all the other challengers and the questions they ask. The challengers are a combination of beginners and seasoned veterans, so their questions either remind me of what I already know, or new information that serves purposeful for where I am on my Keto journey.
The community is supportive and active, which helps me stay accountable and motivated.
